Hogswood is the trading name of Adrian Hogg, a sole trader (Hogswood, we, us or our). Adrian Hogg operates this website. You can contact us at adrian@hogswood.group.

These terms apply only to the website. Any services supplied by Hogswood will be governed by a separate written engagement letter or services agreement.

The website provides general information about Hogswood and the areas in which it provides strategic, regulatory and implementation advisory services. The website does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice. It is not a substitute for advice based on the facts and laws applicable to a particular matter.

Nothing on the website constitutes an offer, invitation, solicitation, recommendation or endorsement concerning any financial instrument, digital asset, token, investment, exchange, trading venue, platform or regulated activity. Nothing on the website guarantees that an application, authorisation, licence, product or business model will be approved by a regulator or other competent authority.
